Did the Fl. legislature pass a law protecting Terri and then the judge struck it down as unconstitutional?

Or did they not pass it? Confused.

You recall correctly. That's exactly what happened. Another example of judicial tyranny.

They passed a special law prohibiting them from pulling the feeding tube. The judge struck it down, and that was affirmed by the higher courts.

Recently, they tried to pass another law to stop it, but failed.
