I suppose Dr. Hammesfahr was lieing or simply incompetant when he swore a deposition stating the MRI scans had been misrepresented ?

I believe it was a scrivener's error.

Is this the only evidence of an MRI, this remark?

There are voluminous records of every other test that was done, multiple entries on the CT scans and exams and so forth. But this clause in one affidavit is the only evidence of an MRI?
