Nazi's.

I just listened to Fox news.

I don't think this will matter. It will go back to FLORIDA Federal court and they have made it clear that they side with the Judge so what has been gained or am I missing something? The Florida Supreme Court has refused to hear it. I doubt that that will change. Do I have this wrong?

But what about the congressional investigation -- won't it blow the lid of Pinellas Co. corruption and force the federal court to change George W. Greer's "findings of fact"?

'They' have made it clear??!! 'They' is a US District Court, which has many judges. One judge will get picked randomly to hear this case.

There's a big difference. It will be before a federal judge, who will review the case from the ground up. He or she won't be bound by Judge Greer's factual findings - - instead the federal judge will do a new factual inquiry. A federal court has never reviewed this case. only state appeal courts have - and they've had to defer to Greer's factual "findings" So it will be a whole new ballgame - like starting from the first inning all over again, when it gets into federal court. And the ruling in federal court can be appealed to the federal appeals court - - 11th district, I think it is, in Atlanta. so this gets it away from Greer and his incestuous band of small-time goodoleboys in Pinelles trailer-park county

If this goes back to Lazzara's courtroom (the federal judge who told the Schindlers' attorneys basically to "get lost" last time around), Terri is still in trouble.

If this goes back to Greer's courtroom to be retried, well, the day that happens is the day I grow wings and fly myself to the moon.

I hope and pray the Senators know who they're up against.
Greer and company are in it for all the marbles.
