I was arguing the point that someone can't deny MS is a public figure when MS himself has chosen to make himself a public figure.

MS will never sue anyone for the well understood reason by him that the person he sues would have the ability to do extensive discovery in this case to defend themselves. Of course MS (aka SCUMBAG) greatly fears that.
