My understanding is that the Schindlers have had at least two court appointed doctors at various times. Had an MRI been recommended, I would be surprised if they would not authorize it.
I wouldn't be surprised. From AlbionGirl's post above: "I stopped him and told him that these [MRI] tests have never been done for her; that Michael had refused them."
Just posted what I read at NR, and I trust them. They're not going to lie about this. I'm conflicted about this too, somewhat because while it may seem an isolated incident, it has the power to set a mighty precedent which can and will be used against those who have no advocate for their life. It's a very dangerous road to go down, IMO.
OK. Then please provide the names of those two doctors.

I read that Terri still has the metal probes that were used during the experimental treatment in California, implanted in her skull. Other posters explained that if she cannot have an MRI unless those are removed.
Another 'convenience' for Michael and the Judge and Felos.
They have had 5 years that they could have had those probes removed (assuming removing them would not cause further damage, and I have no info the veracity of that either way).
So, we have the MEDIA and DOCTORS, JUDGE,FELOS stating TERRI has had a recent, new and improved MRI, and we have those same set of doctors stating Terri can't have an MRI because she has metal probes in her skull.
That should tell you something, my dear.
