No, John McCain is what I would call a demagogic, graft taking, money grubbing, power hungry, Presidential wannabe. That's true.
But McCain would be completely impotent in his efforts to strangle free speech if not for George Bush Junior's full approval of those efforts, and his eager signing of the Free Speech Suppression Act.
Demonstrated by his actions, George Bush Junior (maybe Senior, too) obviously hates free speech at least as much as McCain.
Why anyone supports these cheap politicians and their assaults on American values is beyond me.
