Well the judge accepted her husband's and her husband's doctors' description of her condition and refused to appoint an independent guardian to look out for Terri's interests. Sure sounds one-sided to me alright. And again, why is her husband so insistent she die? It doesn't strike me as a normal reaction. If his wife's a burden, he could have filed for a divorce. A lot of aspects of this case don't pass a "reasonable man" test. That's why there's been no real due process for Terri in the 15 years since this happened.
