I remember when they fried John Wayne Gacy's ass there were many civil lawsuits against him. The states attorney was able to convince the claimants to drop their lawsuits so they could get on with the execution, The lawsuits were keeping Gacy alive to a point since he had right to defend them.
Now here is the stretch. Frivolous lawsuit against Terry!!! Any POS ambulance chasers want to take a case? I will give them 30% ( sarcasm)
