He did not. Sheeesh. I know you read that everywhere, everyone's so determined to make him into Satan himself (I don't approve of everything he's done, either) but the fact is, they re-did every test they could for this last trial - CT Scans, EEG, and they revealed plenty enough.

Michael had no say in what they could or couldn't do - these were ordered by the appeals court. She has that metal electrode in her brain, making MRI kind of tests impossible.

(Even an MRI isn't conclusive - you have to go by history and clinical observation, which they did.)
