I see. Amazing. What was that based on I wonder? If so, then a federal law is needed. Too late for that of course. What we have left is a procedural buy for time, but to what end I don't know, since it won't buy enough time.

The Florida legislature needs to impeach Greer ASAP.

Oh, the rationale was the right to privacy to have self determination. And that right exists via oral statements if the evidence is clear and convincing. Silly me. How could I have missed such an obvious right?

That won't do anything. By then, Teri will be dead. If she is being denied water, she will be dead by Wednesday. Moreover, a replacement judge would respect the removed judge's findings of fact. That is what one could describe as lashing out. If we impeached and convicted and removed all judges who abuse their power, or make erroneous decisions, there would be a lot of vacancies.
