He is also right. This is a State matter and not within the constitutional scope of the Federal Government.

State's Rights, right?

This is all red meat blather for the Religeous Right. Like the Flag Burning Ammendment, it will all come to nothing.

One thing really concerns me about this. They know Congress is going to do something. Is there anything to prevent the Hospice from administering morphine in the guise of pain killer, to actually hasten Terri's death? We know that MS wants her dead asap.

Legal machinations is more like it. For example, dismissing this 1991 bone scan report as "interesting [but having] nothing to do with Theresa Marie Schiavo in 2002 and the Mandate of the Second District Court of Appeal in this cause rendered October 17, 2001.

Well, where then IS IT relevant? Do we just ignore it?
