ATTORNEY BARBARA WELLER TOLD TERRI THAT THEY WERE GOING TO REMOVE HER FEEDING TUBE , TERRI BEGAN TO CRY AND TRIED TO SAY "I WANT TO LIVE" ATTORNEY WELLER SAID SHE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME CALMING TERRI DOWN.
WE NEED PEOPLE TO SURROUND HOSPICE IN PROTEST TO JUDGE GREER'S RULING STATING HE WILL OVER RIDE FEDERAL SUBPOENA AND WILL REMOVE TERRI'S FEEDING TUBE IMMEDIATELY.
FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT COME TO FLORIDA...PLEASE CALL YOUR SENATORS. PLEASE DO NOT STOP YOUR CALLS.
ACTION BY THE PEOPLE MUST TAKE PLACE TO SAVE TERRI FROM JUDICIAL HOMICIDE.
JUDGE GREER IS WRONG AND IS NOT LISTENING TO CONGRESS.
Sadly in this case Greer isn't an activist judge, he's just narrow minded. That still doesn't change the fact about the judicial nominees.
May be disingenuous, but she is not in a coma. She can respond to her family and to some questions. She does feel pain, she can breathe on her own. She is NOT a vegetable.

Those are good points but I think this case has been bouncing around for many years. Definitely money may be propelling this.
I'm wondering though how many here have made a living will? You might check it. (I know the TS did not have one.)
This case is so heart wrenching from so many different angles. Maybe she did tell her husband that she didn't want artifical life. Maybe he's motivated purely by money. I just wish some answers would come out instead of her feeding tube.
...and I personally don't have a living will. I need to get on the ball about a lot of things, living will, life insurance....

We got news on what happened to Terri. Terri said "I--want--to--live" and was heard by a policeman. They ushered out the Schindlers and the policeman now denies the story. They went ahead bent on continuing. Terri is talking, and she is being silenced!!!!
Time for action. I can do little, could be bumped any moment from the library computer. Please whoever needs to know this and can help now it the time to step in. Floriduh Voter is doing an incredible job in getting the word out but we need your help.
If I do not reply it is because I am being bumped off this access. Also this may be overtaken by events, but this just happened and I was privy to the info when it broke.

When the Federal Marshal(s) went to the Hospice House Woodside, they were accompanied by local police (agency unknown). Terri's parents were present at the time. In her room, they had asked Terri if she wanted to live. Her vocal answer was, "Yes". It is reported by Sherri's sources that Terri's parents then tried to get Terri to speak one word at a time to say, "I .. want .. to .. live". It was while Terri was speaking that the police reportedly came into the room. Other details are quite sketchy. I admit to being very uneasy handling this comment as a third (or fourth, etc) party. However, it was eeevil conservative's wish that I do so. She further requests that you go to Empire Journal (Scoop1) for more breaking information.

You sound like you believe the media -- hook, line and sinker.
According to the media, Terri is totally brain dead, is on a respirator, and the number of totally untrue statements by the media is too long to mention.
I have not seen Terri first hand, but Father Frank Pavone has. And not that long ago. From his statements, and his closeness to the Schindlers, I believe that.
You are dealing from TV knowledge, which is ignornance in my book.
Someone I spoke in person this afternoon was with Bobby Schindler in DC this morning.
And these people are much more credible than you will ever be.
Finally, I have seen people who have been miraculuous cured. Not in my presence, but they described the experience.
In one case, it was a Hispanic man, and a friend of mine had to translate so others might understand what happened after he prayed.
If you don't believe in God, then where you are coming from is understandable.
If you would take the time to research about Terri, you might learn a few facts, not media hearsay.
Why has the US Congress and Florida House and Legislature taken up this issue? Why has President Bush and Governor Bush side with Terri?
Answer some of questions, and you might have some credibility on FreeRepublic. I am an old timer here -- but Jim Robinson has been around longer.
Reading this thread and listening to Hannity, I'm in tears! Terri should be allowed to LIVE!
Agree. I read somewhere else that doctors were `over-medicating her with morphine'. Not likely, unless they want to join Kervorkian in prison. The facts in this case are egregious enough without embellishment.
If you let a dog die like that you'd answer to the ASPCA or more likely--ironically--your local humane society.
It's a damned shame that they're allowing her to die like that.
You are right on, Parkinson's patients, Dr Stephen Hawkings, you name it. They have a target on their backs.
While I feel for all the Florida Terri supporters on this thread, today I vow I will not travel to Florida and will boycott all known Florida products until this state gets it's act together. After all, how can I be assured of receiving care in the event something similiar to Terri happens to me while in Florida?

Let us not lose sight that most reasonable people don't think she is in a coma, but alot of us do believe that she is beyond rehabilitation at this point.
Did their aides say what the respective Senators plan to do?
Who are you to come to that assessment? Why not attempt rehabilitation before murdering her? It worked before.
