Of course they will. Terri will not die in pain. Truth be known, she'll die much like many do every day in this country, people who have no chance at recovery, and have and will never have a feeding tube inserted in the first place. Many here would have us believe that wasting away till death has never happened before. It has. I've seen it. I've understood it.

All of the sensitive souls on this forum who have dedicated so much heart to this should not torture themselves that she will be in any pain.

That said, I don't doubt this isn't the last twist in this debacle.

The brain wills to live. It's called survival instinct. Wasting away because of poison caused by organ failure is ENTIRELY DIFFERENT than an otherwise healthy human body.
