Need another reason to get your Gmail account? How about using its generous 1GB storage capacity as a virtual drive to save and retrieve files directly from inside Windows Explorer, accessing it from a new drive youll find under My Computer?

Hmmm, wonder if it could be used as a backup for CVS.

Hmm.. can you use it for posting graphics on forums? (img src = your gmail acct.)
That'd be pretty handy for all those times I want to post a pic on FR.

What a crock.
I got a 2GB USB drive for $110.
And I don't have to rely on anybody else's goodwill to protect the privacy of the data I keep on it.

I see a red x in a square. When I try to open your image in a new window I am prompted to log into Gmail. It would be cool if someone could figure out how to remote link or a code for a workaround.
To: octobersky
Yeah, I was testing it and it didn't work. I'm pretty good at coding. I'll take a wack at it.

Apparently a Gmail invite is required to sign-up and can be provided to others by current users only.
Is there anyone who would be kind enough to provide me with an invite?
Please respond via Freepmail.
Thanks in advance.

What is the difference between that and my X-Drive account (other than the cost)?
