Order states Congress can not override the ruling...looks like it's overClaiming state sovereignty? That's a first, at least in my lifetime. If the rest of the state wanted her to die, I might believe it.

Isn't this is what started the civil war ?
A state over riding the US Congress.
It's amazing, the dems/libs all clamor all about being the party of civil rights ( as in the fight for the civil rights for the blacks ) but, are now siding now with ( STATES RIGHTS ) the same philosophy that started the civil war, as in, a state's will to over ride the US Congress.
