Yes but we have banned human euthanasia..... Do you think it should be legal? I don't think he was saying that - he was pointing out that what they are doing to Terri is crueler than what we'd do to a dog.
They also cannot 'humanely' euthanize her (yet) because she has not committed a crime. We treat criminals better than Terri too.
