Michael, remember that the US is a federal republic. The US Constitution was meant to regulate a small federal government, and the state constitutions were supposed to deal with these family matters.

Nevertheless, now that the big federal government has stuck its nose into the a state issue, a federal law will probably pass sooner or later.

I don't think it has been removed yet, but the order saying it can be removed has been set. So, we should hear at some point it has been removed. I just hope that the Senators get this RO asap on judge Greer before they do this to Terri.

If "Judge" Greer isn't impeached after thumbing his nose at a congressional subpoena, I don't know what it would take. Congress can't impeach a state judge.

Greer is now in contempt of congress. I would like to see him arrested.
