Details emerged Thursday of a foiled plot by two St. John, New Brunswick, teenagers to blow up their high school and kill teachers and students they disliked.
The two boys, 16 and 17, were arrested Monday, and each have appeared separately in court, but details weren't disclosed until Thursday when the school principal and police called an assembly to explain what had happened.
Police said the plot was uncovered when two other students overheard a conversation and told the school's principal, the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. reported.
Police said the students had what appeared to be black gunpowder and a lead pipe in their possession, as well as lists of people and things the teens hated. The pair had allegedly set the attack date for April 20.
Provincial Court Judge Alfred Brien said the teens can have no contact with each other or with three other young people who were named in connection with the plot.
Both teens will be back in court on April 4 when a trial date will be set.

So I guess that now we should be expecting Michael Moore to make a "documentary" on the violent and destructive culture of Canada.

Damn evil. I'm sure glad the plan was disrupted in time.
