Since Greer has ordered MS to provide a videographer to record Terri with her parents after the nutrition is withdrawn, it looks like they will be with her at least some of the time.

Her parents petitioned the court and were granted the right to be present with Terri.
Part of the reason for the police presence in her room is to make sure they don't try to feed Terri by mouth as the court ruled they could not.
