Says decision is on the "technicality" that Judge Greer "can't be located" to deal with the subpoenas issue!
So apparently another judge (didn't hear whether federal or state) made decision to postpone the tube's removal.
It said "Chief Judge" probably Chief Circuit Court Judge....so State Judge not Fed.
