Sorry, I am too smart to assume anything, you know the old saying when you assume you make an ass out of your and me most of the time.
Yes I have heard that one.
We both know Hillary is not the smartest woman in the world , but she may be the most conniving and manipulative.
Of course this plan to allow anyone who shows up to vote and as often as they like could only be cooked up by a Democrat.
"So how come I have to show identification to use the city dump? ...or to rent a movie, tools, floor buffing equipiment, a car, etc.?"
Exactly. I have been asked for my address and zip code when I bought some batteries at Radio Shack. It's gotten to the point where I've said, "do you really need this information?" And I just don't give it to them.
Someone before said that Hillary is just pure evil--no kidding. Her only goal is the White House.
God help the U.S. if she is ever elected president.
Paper trails of any kind are to be avoided, the entire premise is a secret ballot in a country such as the U.S.
Authors of legislation like this turn everything on its head - Now, the presumption is that the "the voter" will proclaim loudly their preference, on national television, while any safeguards or standards of the barest sort are to be expunged.
This bill was turned down the last time she brought it up. Its likely it will again. At least that is what I hope.

"Paper trails of any kind are to be avoided, the entire premise is a secret ballot in a country such as the U.S."
Exactly. Paper trails are just an excuse to count the chads, to see if they "match up" and you know they never will. So we will have election results dragging on and on in the courts...
Computers are not unreliable. I'm sure someone smarter & more knowledgeable than I am can comment on this, but I bet the margin of error with computer voting is considerably less than that with paper voting.
Anyway, anything that Hillary is in favor of, I would be very wary.
Instead of just harassing Ohio Voters with letters to vote against Bush, now they can just come over here and vote.
Is she going in the wrong direction here or what? The standards are too lax and need to be tightened up.
Yet here comes Hillasaurus and declares we don't need no stinkin standards.
Well, her base doesn't have any standards. I guess it makes perfect sense to her.
"Sorry, I am too smart to assume anything..."
Yep -- they'll do exactly what they were programmed to do.
Without a paper trail, there is NO way to know whether what they were programmed to do has anything to do with conducting an honest election....
