Was the change of US Constitution after FDR undemocratic (removing the ability for electing President the more than two times)? If it was than it can be democratically reversed.

Yes, about as democratic as the 300+ page EU unConstitution you're about to be a member of. But who needs a sovereign, free Poland, it'll be better off as a support province for Old Europe.
