Ann is correct, during physical training tests in the military, women have to do the same test as the men, but the goals they must reach are pathetic. For example, If a man must do 40 push-ups to pass that portion of the test, a woman MIGHT have to do half of that. In other words no, women are NOT as strong as men.

And a man has more body weight to have to work against too.
