Although her Mom obviously had her problems, and led less than a stellar life, she didn't deserve to be murdered.I agree. In my heart I think he's guilty. God will forgive my less than charitable opinions of him if I'm wrong. She did not deserve to die no matter her way of life.

The daughter has been adopted by BLakes older daughter....At his age that would be a good idea regardless.
