What is it with these California D.A.'s that they can't put together a convincing case! Because they are a lot more ambitious than they are smart. Murder is a capital crime. There is no statute of limitations, but they insist upon charging full steam ahead with a weak case.
The obvious answer is that they are used to railroading defendants without good leagal representation. Rodney King, OJ, Kobe, Blake, and Jacko all illustrate this point.

What is it with these California D.A.'s that they can't put together a convincing case! Tried the wrong defendant, Should have gone through Blakely's sucker list and found a suspect that the evidence they had would have convicted. (He probably wouldn't have been guilty either, but scoring a conviction is the important thing)
