Unless they prosecution finds more evidence, they will likely do nothing.

My BF has had times been overtaken by dispair over the situation with his children (divorce). While he has always had power to change it, the legal system can be so very stupid, painful, blind, rigid, uncaring (I'll stop), that people caught up in it begin to lose hope.
