Even if Michael Schiavo and Judge Greer are abducted by space aliens, Terri's wishes will be enforced by Florida courts. At least, that's the way it looks by reading today's opinion.
This demonizing of Michael misses the point, but it's fun to post about the "evil" husband trying to "murder" his wife for "money."
"Terri's wishes not to be sustained using artificial tubes were litigated in court, where several witnesses were called. The court found "clear and convincing evidence" of Terri's wishes."
Do you think it's possible the court could have made a bad call? I'll post this to you too:

Regarding that alleged conversation [when Terri supposedly said she would want to die in such a situation] --Cindy Shook said that Michael Schiavo said:
"How the hell should I know, we never spoke about this, we were young."

But the court discounted contrary evidence when the court mistakenly assumed that Karen Ann Quillen died when her respirator was removed, not years later. That 'mistake' makes a BIG difference in the actual evidence.
