I suppose if the illegals get deported, the lender repos the property, and could sell it at a profit, or at least enough to recoup costs and interest. That might make the shareholders happy, if they don't care how the bank makes its money.
Perhaps its time for patriotic citizens to stop doing business with such institutions.
Banks never want to repo a property. They want to be able to resell the mortgage on the secondary market, which they can't do in this case.
