Make sure she gets plenty of rest - you won't have much after they arrive! ;-)
Do you have a general name preference? Traditional, Biblical (OT or NT), particular ethnic group, family names?
We have a strong tradition of family names, so my kids are named after grandparents. You can watch the most popular names in our family back as far as we go, every other generation. (Makes for a fun time at family reunions, you shout "Hey, Nimrod!" and six or seven people turn around.)
(I am NOT kidding - Nimrod is one of our family names, for firstborn sons. I have three cousins named Nimrod. My husband put his foot down and said no son of HIS was going to be named Nimrod . . . fortunately our eldest was a girl.)
Somehow over time....it got twisted.
Here's some useless trivia.....

I liked this post; we have the same tradition. Typically, the firstbon son is named after the paternal grandfather, the firstborn daughter is named after the paternal grandmother, the second son is named after the maternal grandfather, and the second daughter is named after the maternal grandmother.
It's a wonderful way of preserving family history and traditions.
