This woman's civil rights are being denied by a crooked judge in a backward county with not even an audit of guardianship practices (as ordered by the legislature.) If this isn't a case that should be in a federal court, then you should feel free to use the Bill of Rights for toilet paper.
I am strongly for state rights - in too many cases they have been trampled upon by the federal gov. However, this case (along with the marriage amendment) is different, involve issues such as toruturing an innocent person to death - a type of death not allowed to the worst of criminals. There are also many other issues involved, including a judge who rules like Saddam, total disregard of laws, massive corruption, etc.

Will you feel the same when they come to inspect the "homeschooling"?
Thank you. You have it EXACTLY RIGHT.
