"Those funds are virtually gone."

Yeh, they're gone George, sure, and I see you conveniently forgot to mention the , what was it?... three hundred thousand and something dollars that went to you, from Terri's therapy money, while Terri is now taken care of on the taxpayers dime.

But, your pal and fellow euthanazi judge has no problem with this, he let Terri's money be used to hire you to kill her. Clever scheme. I wonder what kind of kick back arrangement you might have with him, if any. Or, is this all for furthering "the cause"- your cause.
Don't for a second tell me that is not what the so called "right to die" movement is all about. I might have bought into that load of BS before Terri, but not now. It is totally obvious what they want to be able to do and where the idea originated from. It somewhat surprised to find THIS ABOUT George but, it confirms my suspicions.

Mike S -jokingly known as Terri's husband- says Terri wants to die, be starved and dehydrated to death, but, when he went to court to get the money HE SAID THIS. No mention of a death wish there. Right after he gets the money, he remembers the death wish? Right. And a large portion of Terri's money ends up in Felo's pocket. Isn't that special.

Mike Says"
"Terri doesn't respond to anybody"

OH SO THIS IS NON RESPONSE?
or THIS
OR THIS

Mike made the statement that the doctors who testified for Terri, that she is NOT in a PVS, or at least should be retested, did so from a picture- well that's how obvious it is that she's NOT PVS, and add to this that Mike has never "allowed" Terri to be filmed or photographed (won't even allow her outside) and recently has told Terri's parents that if any reporter sneaks in to see how she's doing, they will be "forbidden" from seeing her, or being at her side while she dies is murdered. Well, isn't that precious? Nothing suspicious here, even if it does seem that Mike is not worried about Terri seeing people (privacy) so much as he's worried about people seeing her. I mean really if she's brain dead, what's the problem with her being filmed or having visitors?

Too bad the reporter didn't take the time to really familiarize himself with this case. He could have asked mike and george why, Terri was allowed to develop painful contractures, why he threatened the nurses who tried to prevent them from happening, why has she been kept in near isolation, no pictures allowed on the walls, can't go outside, why didn't he file the necessary paperwork to be her guardian, why her teeth were allowed to rot, not because the staff at the various hospitals didn't do it, but because mike ordered that care not to be done? Or why was she allowed to suffer with untreated infections like Urinary tract infections, allowed have fevers, vomiting and diarrhea with no treatment? Apparently Felos says the disabled are garbage and don't require any care or concern at all.

The reporter could have asked mike to explain why Terri's brother and sister got into trouble by him for "playing a CD" of Terri's favorite music for her. He threatened to deny them visits. Funny thing is according to Florida law, he can't do this.

The judge will not allow any of this to investigated, including the judge's own error

For the record, the judge has denied just about every motion made Terri's parents. He denied the Florida Department of Children and family services any time to look into allegations of abuse. He denied the testimony of 17 doctors who have stated from just the tape and photo of Terri alone, that she should be re-tested for level of consciousness. He denied her swallow tests . He denied her parents request to have her die at home. He allows mike to have Terri cremated right after her death murder, with NO AUTOPSY, and her ashes to buried in Pennsylvania.

He denied testimony that Terri was considering divorce post 370 from mike BEFORE she collapsed.

He might not have caused her collapse, but it would make a difference in weather he should be her guardian, and also cast some doubt about his hearsay testimony of her wishes, especially when her immediate family, her brother sister mom and dad, the people she grew up with, the people who knew her the longest dispute that she would want to be euthanized by starvation/dehydration. Oh, but I forgot. Judge Greer has scheduled the hearing on weather Mike is fit to be her guardian for anytime after SHE'S DEAD.

The judge allows no testimony about abuse. See also post 35 for an interview Greta Van Sustern did with a forensic pathologist about Terri's "collapse" and the test results from that night.

Here's another item the judge refused to look at before he issued his death sentence on Terri.

And finally mike makes the statement that starvation and dehydration are a painless way to die?

Oh really Mike and George? HERE is what 72 hours of dehydration/starvation are like. and

HERE is what dying of starvation and dehydration is like.

Anyone who has followed Terri's case closely has to be able to plainly see that there is "reasonable doubt" here, about mike's hearsay claim of his wife's death wish. I would say there is even total doubt about mike, because of the way he has behaved toward Terri, since he got his money,.

I would ask people to consider, that for a serial killer, child molester, rapist, any criminal to be sentenced to death, they have to be found guilty "beyond a reasonable doubt" by a jury of 12 people. The judge can give a criminal the death penalty, but he can't sentence the criminal to be starved/dehydrated to death, a dog can't be killed this way either. Terri has been sentenced to death by one judge, who refuses to even let her have her own representation in court and has refused to hear anything from her own family. Terri's "interests" are being represented by a euthanazi lawyer.

A serial killer has more rights then Terri, does. In fact, according to Felos, Terri has no rights at all, because she is disabled and scheduled for extermination.

That's the goal of all this- the euthanazi's want to be able to exterminate the disabled without any consequence or restraint. They want the disabled exterminated without having to provide any proof as to the person's wishes.

Too bad the reporter didn't do a better job, he did so-so. I have yet to see anyone ask the disabled groups that are protesting, why this ruling is so upsetting to them. That would make for good reporting, or going in hidden camera to see Terri anyway, but, that's too much to ask.

I just hope and pray that the Fl legislature will have the cajones to do what they have to do to stop this judicial homicide. If Greer gets away with this, it will be the ultimate act of Judicial Tyranny. Pray for Terri.

MICHAEL SCHIAVO ON THE COVER OF THE ST PETE TIMES

Michael Schiavo appears on the cover of today's edition of the St. Petersburg Times. The Times has been waging an agressive campaign in favor of Terri's death, especially in the last week. The Times has always supported Michael Schiavo and George Felos's efforts to end Terri's life.

http://www.sptimes.com/2005/03/16/State/_Who_there_would_take.shtml

EXCERPTS FROM SCHIAVO'S INTERVIEW WITH THE TIMES:

MIchael Schiavo says, "Trust me, I have my supporters. ... I receive flowers, post cards, e-mails. Probably more supporters than the Schindlers have. But unfortunately, they're the silent ones. They're not the radicals who stand out there and throw roses on the ground and kneel and throw their hands in the air."

Schiavo said he has avoided interviews with reporters because he doesn't have anything to prove. He said his family and friends and the courts all believe Terri Schiavo would not want to live by artificial means.

"I get angry at the names," said Schiavo, who lives with another woman. "But I get over it. I don't really take it to heart ... I don't really care what other people think. I've been called a murderer. Adulterer.

Schiavo said the death of his own mother in the 1990s helped prepare him emotionally for the decision he knew had to be made. His mother, dying of cancer, had a living will and did not want life support. Schiavo agreed to let her die peacefully, he said.

"She looked at me and said, "It's okay,"' Schiavo said, wiping tears from his eyes. "I had to stop being selfish."

Michael states that Terri will slip off into a peaceful sleep as she dies: "I just hold her hand...She doesn't understand. I tell myself: "You will be with the Lord soon and you'll finally be at peace."

Your summary of this Murderer and the Injustices is Excellent. It should be an individual post for all to read and sent to Governor Bush and all of Our Legislators and I would dare say every Minister across this Nation. This is an Outrage that a man deemed dangerous by his Psychiatrist has tortured this Woman and her family for so long.
