If they already DID have the schindlers on recently when no one was paying attention to this issue, then it is not fair to the schindlers now that it is red-hot. Michaels main point it seems was for everyone in the country to try to affect the florida legislature in HIS favor! (sick)
I knew I couldnt try to contact Gibbs until after business hours, and then I read here that they dont answer their phones after 5pm, and gave out no email.

Michael had no control over much of Terri's award money. Michael took Terri to CALIFORNIA for a new treatment. After it did not produce significant results, Michael and Terri returned to FLA. Where they were found by FELOS. FELOS was on the BOD of the HOSPICE. They get TERRI transferred to the hospice, they get a doctor to state she is PVS, FELOS talks to the JUDGE, the JUDGE OK's MICHAEL controlling the AWARD MONEY, Michael forces her parents OUT OF AND AWAY from TERRI with locked doors and armed guards and Judge's ORDERS. FELOS gets paid because MICHAEL can now spend TERRI's REHAB MONEY, to go to court to have TERRI KILLED, where GREER is the judge who is TERRI's appointed guardian(appointed by Judge Greer), who as guardian gives Michael permission to spend MORE FUNDS every time they fail to KILL TERRI.
FELOS is up to his *ss in sh*t with the US DEPT of HEALTH and HUMAN SERVICES for scamming MEDICARE/MEDICAID of over $14 million bucks, by having over 150 patients incorrectly diagnosed as "terminally ill" and placed in the SUNCOAST HOSPICE, so they could be put on MEDICARE/MEDICAID payments. They may have killed these patients as well.
Virtually everything you Terri supporters have said on this thread about her medical care, her husband, his lawyer, the judge, the courts, absolutely everything has been twisted and turned into lies to further your cause celebre. I don't think I've ever seen so many lies in one thread. You guys have it down to a fine art. May Michael soon be able to see his wife laid to rest, so that he will no longer suffer the slings and arrows of insufferable people who care really only about themselves, because it's all about you, isn't it.

You might want to search for some info on the time within the past few years, that someone who was talking to her on the phone (which was held to her ear) -- told her that the plan was to kill her. She visibly started and tried to rise from her bed. Her father picked up the phone at that point and asked the speaker what he had said to her.
As was said today in the FL hearing when the bill was passed through committee: "I would hope you would CHOOSE LIFE."
This is what her parents want.

Thank God this has finally gotten the media attention it deserves.
The main point is a legal one. There is NO WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION, NO LIVING WILL AND NO HEALTH CARE POWER OF ATTORNEY.
In the absence of these, it is murder pure and simple. Allowing a person with a personal motive to impose his will on a person who cannot speak for herself.
One cannot call this Euthanasia (good death). We wouldn't do this to a beloved family pet. But it is a slippery slope, and a Michael Schiavo victory will be a tragic blow against those of us who believe euthanasia is murder.
I have one thing to say about the Hospice movement and Hospice care in general. It is a wonderful movement that has brought comfort, care, and peace to those who are in the process of dying and their families. This is not the case with Terri.She is not dying, she is alive.
