Another one for the Supreme Court. Are we a nation of individual rights or group rights?

If the answer is group rights, what group should I be lobbying for to ensure my kids are given the opportunity they deserve?

Well I don't know either... however, my daughter has taken the test to attend school at Caddo Middle Magnet next year. Hopefully she will be admitted on her test score and not denied on her race (which is New Mexican by-the-way...)

We should have gotten an admission letter last weekend but since the Caddo School Board has asked for another hearing who knows....
