They also said they have yet to receive all of the material from the IDF investigation into the matter. The IDF have a few more important matters on their plate at the moment.
To: TFFKAMM
They should sue their own parents for letting them out of the house without any brains.

....had identified herself as an activist with the pro-Palestinian International Solidarity Movement. That makes her an enemy combatant right there. She deserved to be made into a pancake.

Sorry. Can't get behind this. IMO She assumed ALL risk when she entered an active zone and put herself in the line of fire. Failing a finding of conscious, purposeful acts on the part of the IDF this case goes nowhere.

Been awhile but if I recall correctly this is the same bunch that sued Caterpillar because it built the bulldozer.
About as much sense as sueing General Motors cause you got smacked by and SD 90.
Ludicrous

The IDF ought to bill her parents for the the personnel costs involved in the operation of the bulldozer and for the related fuel expenses.

Bulldozer Bump
To: Fierce Allegiance
There's no question that Rachel Corrie used questionable judgement by inserting herself into an area that was unstable politically and militarily.
But Rachel Corrie's parents are just as, if not more, radical as she was.
I hope this lawsuit goes nowhere fast!

...and had identified herself as an activist with the pro-Palestinian International Solidarity Movement. Can't think of a better reason for the bulldozer's driver to hit the gas pedal.
To: 76834
It IS ludicrous but some of these suits are actually successful in extracting money in the form of settlements or findings. THAT is really ludicrous.

Great, now the IDF is going to have to put a warning lable on all the blades of their bulldozers:
"Warning. Stay Clear. NOT responsible for crushed idiots."

And in other news, Osama bin Laden is suing the US for ruining his satellite phone reception.
