Just wondering if anyone has ever had a cell phone company undercharge them. Never happens does it?

My constant over charges came from U.S. Cellular. I am begining to think that they all do it,

I love Verizon. The only trick is to NOT let the dullards in the stores do ANYTHING to your phone - buy the phone, and call them to activate it. I've been burned twice by the trained monkeys in the store - the first was when I got a two-line account for me and an ex-girlfriend, and the idiot did'nt apply any of our 800 minutes to her phone, so my first bill was over $1200. THAT was an eye opener. But Verizon fixed it, and gave me minutes in credit that added up to a free month.

Verizon has better coverage in CA, too, everyone in LA that has them swears by the great coverage, I have friends that can get calls out in the foothills around LA, where nobody else can. Here in the Bay Area, I get great coverage.

The big downside to Verizon is their lousy choice in phones - they never have the good ones, or the current tech - it took forever for them to even get Bluetooth.

I want a Razor phone, but Verizon doesnt support it, darn it.

My US-Hellular horror story comes from late fees from supposedly not paying on time. They were not crediting payments to my account until long after the payments cleared my bank. First time it happened, they were nice about it...by the time it happened 3 months in a row, I told them to take their service and give it cause to traverse their digestive tract in reverse normal course. And if they wanted to sue me for any cancellation fees, I said 'go ahead' - I could prove they were engaged in fraud based on the dates checks cleared my account and dates they were crediting payments...they closed my account with no further charges. I still filed a complaint with the state AG.
