w/o a doubt, perhaps the Entire Top (/Bottom?) of that crimminal organization should be investigated.
Betcha dollars to donuts an array of corrupt politicians got a piece of the action.
How do they do do it?
Easy as pie.
The politicians borrow money from friendly banks to take equity positions in companies doing business with the govt agency ........they use LLC's in which names of the business owners can be hidden.
Then when tax allocations kick in, politicans use their take to payoff the bank loans.......so taxpayers get royally screwed all around by these elected and appointed crooks.
