I meant to say that the 747 was a former air freighter in India. The 747-400 isn't a people-hauler.

There is a Passenger version and Freighter version of the 747 - 400
The freighter is designated with a F example
747 - 400F
747 - 400LR means = long range.
747 - 400LRF means - long range freighter.

The 747-400 isn't a people-hauler.I beg to differ, when I flew from LA to Melbourne, AU I flew on a 747-400.
