Invest in a history book or two. Albania, Montenegro, and Kosovo, where Albanians live, were occupied by the Italians, not the Germans. As soon as the Italians withdrew and the Germans arrived the Albanian Partisans began whacking them good and proper. Albania itself is the only country in Europe that had a larger Jewish population at the end of the second world war than at the beginning, and did not hand a single Jew over to the Nazis. Even the Albanian Nazi leader Xhafer Deva said "Albanians do not surrender guests or refugees." Some 200 were handed over in Kosovo, but 62 percent of Kosovo Jews survived the Holocaust, the highest rate of survival in ex-Yugo. There are monuments to Albanians at Yad Vashem (you can look that up). And as for the infamous Skenderbeu Division of the Waffen SS, the Germans complained that they were the worst troops they had, and would not fight in the rain. All confirmed history, not rumor.
