Nearly two years ago (04/15/2003) , I posted the following after analyzing the Bush doctrine and the repercussions already seen at that time:

"Gentlemen and Ladies;
I truly believe that we may see, in our own lifetimes, dictators become extinct"

I've been most cheerful about that prediction, especially lately.
