You, my friend, were a man-whore - you dated everyone! lolIt is true. Did I tell you about Ms Georgia?
To: SeeRushToldU_So
Yes, I believe I remember her, but there were so many - it's hard to remember them all................;^)
To: SamAdams76
the guitarist in that rock band I can't remember Criss Oliva, Randy Rhodes, Alex Nelson, and the dude from Slaughter.

For a dead guy he sure is busy. He's not let anyone know he's dead yet cuz he keeps showin' up for gigs. This (their allegedly being dead) is a running gag with Richard Marx, Juice Newton and a couple of other singers who have fallen off of the radar.

I tore up the back country roads jamming to their music as I reached adulthood.
Flirting With Disaster, along with
Slow Ride were anthems of tht day.
RIP.

I met them at Toad's Place in a private showing, when that fat guy replaced Danny Brown.
Same place Jenna Bush got carded and lost her ID in New Haven.

Molly Hatchet put out some good-quality southern rock back when that venue was the only thing putting out decent rock music.

Andy Gibb and the list goes on and on and on of dead musicians. When WILL this madness end?"
I know what you mean. I still miss Bach...

Too bad. One of the best lesser known Southern Rock bands out there.
"Dreams" is one of the best covers I've heard. I actually think it's better than the original, and the Allman Bros are one of my favorites.

MH's "Dreams" certainly rocks harder than the AB's (original) version, but I don't know about it being better. Both are tremendous.

Have you heard the unplugged version of Dreams from the Devil's Canyon CD?
Just incredible.

I always wondered where they got the name Molly Hatchett. Now I know.

Good band, good drummer, Bruce Crump, who I think is also having some serious health problems.
I thought this guy had a great voice, really cool and tough...everyone had a Molly Htachet record growing up in Western PA...
RIP
