NUEVO LAREDO Organized crime groups operating in the city will be eliminated, Tamaulipas state Governor Eugenio Hernandez Flores said Sunday.

Hernandez Flores told reporters at the conclusion of the fifth annual interstate trailride about the most recent federal intervention here and throughout the state.

"This fight against organized crime will be permanent, and will be coordinated with the federal government, city hall and the public," he said.

Hernandez Flores said his administration is ready to assist the federal government in combating organized crime in all its manifestations in the state.

"Federal police forces are at this moment fighting members of organized crime groups throughout Tamaulipas, especially along the border, and will remain permanently," the governor said.

He said he knew of several arrests of organized crime figures who were taken to a federal prison in the nations capital.

"This effort is going to last a long time in order that we finish what we have to do," Hernandez Flores said. "It is a fact that the Federal Preventive Police is working for the good of the Tamaulipas community."

President Vicente Fox is conscience that people of the state want to live in peace.

"Tamaulipas will be added to the roster of states that are receiving additional assistance from the federal government. This will help cities like Nuevo Laredo to become a city of quality," Hernandez Flores added. "A city of quality is where residents can live in peace, where they walk safely on the streets, and where people enjoy their work."

Hernandez Flores was accompanied by the governors of the states of Coahuila (Enrique Martínez y Martínez), Nuevo Leon (José Natividad González Parás) and Sonora (Eduardo Bours Castelo).

Dont hold your breath expecting Mexicans to stop MS-13 or any of the other crime groups - because the corporations that finance the crime groups would have to go too and they pay the politician's reelection costs!

Yeah, 'ole Vincente is gonna ship 'em north.

Sean Hannity played a clip a few nights ago of an exchange between Vincente Fox, where Vincente kept saying "they're not illegals".

Hey, are the bribes for these guys going to come from Presidente Fox's cut or are the drug and illegal alien transporters going to have to come up with new money?

How much does it cost to buy a Federal Mexican cop. Gee, the price of drugs just might go up.
