From what I've read and heard, the Hezbollah rally was arranged by this armed group and consisted primarily of Syrians and those Lebanese that have been intimidated by them.

The real question is, can the Lebanese milatary and police neutralize Hezbollah.

That worries me most. Shi'ites are an estimated 40% of the population, overwhelmingly the poorest and tend to identify with Hezbollah. I'd hate to see this turn into another civil war.
