Yes, but what about the people around you who would find you boring for the next 500 or 500,000 years? They might just decide to do away with you right then and there after hearing you tell them the same old stories for like the billionth time.

Good point. You know, a person can develop quite a few bad habits over the course of a few thousand yars. Imagine some poor woman faced with living forever with some slob who plops himself in front of the TV every night for an evening of beer guzzling, face-stuffing, and flatulence. I think after about 500,000 years of this, and she'd be ready to kill the guy.
