It is getting to the point that if we boycott stores because of who they support we won't be shopping anywhere.

Wrong. The free market will produce someone who's willing to fill that niche while the other stores go out of business.

And in the meantime we can just starve waiting for the free market to produce a company that we agree with.

It doesn't get them one customer, stockholders should be yelling about all corporate "charity", and it shouldn't be tax-deductible.

People feel empathy, not organizations.
