Why all the bitterness about this discussion? Your post: "...supporters will go to the ends of the earth with lies, illogic, innuendo, irrationality, insults and name-calling", (supporters should)"...start basing your arguments on facts, not fiction, not things you make up to advance your cause, not outright lies". IMO, lowering the rhetoric might be a place to start. I am trying to understand the issue, Euthanasia, as manifested in this FL-Schiavo case. Certainly an emotional issue, but I don't understand the necessity of these flame-wars.

Facts are not something Schiavo supporters deal in. It's all emotion, smearing people, and self-delusion.
