What's up with the last two paragraphs of this article. Is this some kind of tinfoil-hat conspiracy theory?

Interesting. Either it's tin foil, or he's let a bit of secret information out of the bag.

it was a Rent-A-Car... it prolly DID have a GPS system in it!!!

remember, most rent-a-car company in the USA are using them too

I guess this guy could be referring to the "blue force tracker" system, which uses GPS to let American vehicles (and select vehicles of our allies) show their position to other friendly units.

Frankly, I think he's trying to put a bit of the ol' worry bug in any "insurgents" (that actually hurt to type!), nee' Terrorists minds about just exactly what the US Military can and can't do. Don't be out driving after curfew, the satellites (or UAV's) may pick up your heat source and "blammo", your gone.
