The examples of getting cut off at the drive thru pharmacy and the guy doing 50 on the highway trying "to conserve gas..." are exactly what he said on the radio. Someone isn't giving the proper credit to someone else. Quinn usually reads articles, he'll let you know when a piece is his own.
