If you are worried about open borders and illegals then you will NOT be a fan of Mark Sanford.If you are against high taxes you will not like him either.
It appears while he was in congress he had a good record on taxes. From his website: "During his time in Washington, D.C., Gov. Sanford was a tireless advocate for the taxpayer. In his own office, he backed his voting record with personal action - returning over $200,000 (almost a third of his total office budget) each year to the taxpayers.
