No the report is from some swedish guy. but they suspect he was not the only one to offered bribes. They think some may have taken the money. Makes one wonder about the U.N. reports of NO WMD's huh.
Who cares about the UN Reports - We have our own US Military reports which say they have found NO WMD's inside Iraq - Nor any residuals that would indicate any active WMD program -
What they did find was that Saddam had all the capabilities to start up a program for WMD's in somewhat of a short time period.
But it does not appear that he had any WMD up and running -
