The idea of nominating a candidate with a built-in handicap is foolish - unless she changes here stance. If she does that, she will have the Oval Office for the taking. Her base shouldn't have to compromise - she should as their representative.

I don't know. If she is a good Republican, she'll look for justices that will naturally fall on the side of the constructionists and states right side of the equation. Abortion will lose at bench if truly American principles are enforced.
